kwikstage standard
The kwikstage standard is the vertical part of the kwikstage scaffolding system, which is used to bear the load of the scaffolding and the weight of the scaffolding. The length of kwikstage standard is from 1.0m-3.0m, and every 0.5m is an interval. There is a socket at the 500mm interval of the kwikstage standard, which can fix kwikstage Ledger, kwikstage transoms and other accessories.

Kwikstage transoms
Kwikstage transoms are the metal panels/plates used to support the decks that make up the working platform. Special beam trusses are available to support heavy loads in applications such as gantry and loading platforms. The common size is 0.5m-2.4m.
After understanding these products, we can start to build kwikstage scaffolding. Usually, the steps to build kwikstage scaffolding are divided into 11 steps:
1. Choose a suitable location, adjust the position of the base jack, and ensure the stability of the kwikstage scaffolding.
2. Connect the kwikstage standard to the fixed base jack.
3. Connect four kwikstage standard through kwikstage Ledger.
4. Connect kwikstage transoms between four kwikstage standard.
5. Place the scaffolding walk board on the kwikstage transoms.
6. Adjust the base jack to make the kwikstage scaffolding walk board level.
7. Set Kwikstage Scaffolding Braces on kwikstage scaffolding.
8. Place the kwikstage standard and kwikstage Ledger of the second layer
9. Place the second layer of kwikstage transoms and kwikstage scaffolding walk board
10. Connect Kwikstage Scaffolding Batten Boards, Kwikstage Scaffolding Board Bracke on the outside of the scaffolding.
11. Repeat the steps to connect more kwikstage scaffolding parts until the kwikstage scaffolding reaches the desired height.
